Anne Gardon lives in the country where she grows herbs and vegetables. Her two passions – cooking and gardening – have led her to publish several cookbooks including Preserving for all season, The wild food gourmet and Comfor food fast, published by Firefly.

She calls her cooking C.H.E.F'S cuisine, for Cheap, Healthy, Easy and Fast.
