Culinary use

 

Use the flower petals to lightly color and flavour rice, fish soups, soft cheeses, butters, omelettes and pastries.

 

Use the leaves to garnish salads and stews.

 

 

 

 

Landscaping

 

Very nice yellow, to flashy orange, colored flowers. DECORATION: The dried petals will give a nice decorative touch in a pot-porri.
