Pick the leaves before blooming starts, and the seeds at the end of summer. Conservation   The leaves and the roots can be dried. Preserve the stems. Store the seeds in a cool, dry place. Culinary use   Use the chopped leaves, combined with mint, to flavour a mayonnaise. Use the preserved stems in pastry-making.         Landscaping   The plant produces crimson colored, umbeled flowers.     Very nice edging plant because of it's globular umbels.
